The two accounts you need to know

There are two accounts you need to know: Your CUNY Login and your WebCentral ID. You use these accounts to access all of the online tools and services at Brooklyn College.
✅ Claim your CUNY Login
Use your CUNY Login to access important systems like CUNYfirst, CUNY Student Email, DegreeWorks, Microsoft 365, Navigate Student, and more.
✅ Create your WebCentral ID
Your WebCentral ID gives you access to important local Brooklyn College apps and services, like your Digital ID, Bulldog Connection, and Handshake.
✅ Connect to your student email account
Your student email account is used for all official communications from CUNY and Brooklyn College. This includes information from your professors in Brightspace (CUNY’s learning management system).
- Your student email is part of your CUNY Microsoft 365 account.
- You sign in to your email using your CUNY Login.
- When you first sign in, you will be required to set up a separate multi-factor authentication code.
- You can check your student email on the web and configure your devices to use it.
✅ Download the BC Navigator mobile app

BC Navigator is the official mobile app of Brooklyn College. Use it to access your Digital ID and other personalized information. Learn more about BC Navigator.
- Sign in with your WebCentral ID.
- Access your Digital ID.
- View your schedule, tuition, and grades.
✅ Download the Navigate Student mobile app
Navigate Student (by EAB) is used at Brooklyn College to schedule appointments with academic and financial aid counselors. Learn more about Navigate Student.

This website (BC Knowledge for Students) includes helpful information and guides about all of the technology tools and services available to you as a student. Bookmark this page or visit students.brooklyn.edu anytime for help.
