How do I setup my student email on an iPhone or iPad (iOS)?

Configuring your email with Exchange

1. Go to your iPhone or iPad’s Settings
2. Navigate to Apps > Mail
3. Select Mail Accounts
4. Select Add Account
5. Select Microsoft Exchange Enter your student email address and password
   (e.g. firstname.lastname##@bcmail.cuny.edu)
6. Use the following settings:
   Email: your bc student email account (firstname.lastname##@bcmail.cuny.edu)
   Server: outlook.office365.com
   Username: firstname.lastname##@bcmail.cuny.edu
   Password: your email password
7. Click Done
