Why does BC Navigator require me to sign in each time I open the Digital ID?

To securely save your password in BC Navigator, sign in to My BC Info with your WebCentral account, checking the Save Password option. If successful, the app will sign in automatically whenever you use a secured feature of the app (e.g. Digital ID, My BC Info).

If you are prompted to sign in each time you use your Digital ID, try the following:

  1. Delete & reinstall the app, which will clear out any old data.
  2. Login via My BC Info, checking Save Password on the login screen. Once you have successfully logged in, your new/updated password will be used for auto-login going forward.

If you recently changed your WebCentral password, BC Navigator will prompt you to enter your new password.
