How do I access my CUNY student email on the web?

Outlook on the web for Microsoft 365 is a fully-featured email client that works directly in your web browser.

1. Go to outlook.office.com
2. Sign in using your CUNY Login credentials

IMPORTANT: CUNY Microsoft 365 requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. When you access your CUNY student email on the web from a new device, you will need to enter a verification code. You will be prompted again for this code every 14 days.
