If you no longer have access to the device you used for CUNY Login MFA verification (due to loss, theft, device change, purchased a new phone, or changed your phone), your CUNY Login MFA will need to be reset.

TIP: Before trading in or disposing of your old device, make sure to add your new device or a different device as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) option from the CUNY MFA Self-Service page.
