Blackboard uses your CUNY email address by default, but the Blackboard system will keep the primary email you entered the first time you enrolled in a class at the College. You can verify this email address by going to the Home tab then clicking Update Email in the Tools module.
Also, if you are using a personal email account (e.g. GMail, Yahoo) make sure messages from Blackboard are not labeled as spam. If you are using your college email, please check your settings to make sure no rules are set to send emails from Blackboard to your junk folder.
