1. Set up your new Microsoft 365 Multi-Factor Authentication in Advance
Since this is a new Microsoft 365 account, you will need to set up a new MFA profile. Microsoft 365 MFA is separate from CUNY Login MFA and different than the MFA used for your previous college email account. You will need to manage both MFA options. See Getting Started with MFA on M365.
2. Backup and move files from your old OneDrive
You will need to copy any files in your old Brooklyn College OneDrive account to your new CUNY M365 account. Learn more about OneDrive.
