If you are unable to access your Blackboard courses, it’s possible that you have a duplicate account, do not have an email address in CUNYFirst, or received a WA* grade.
Complete the Blackboard support request form or contact the IT Helpdesk.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours after CUNYfirst registration for courses to show up in your Blackboard account.
