If you are a student in need of a device, complete the CUNY Student Technology Needs Survey. (This form ONLY works for currently enrolled students.). You may also access this survey by signing into CUNYFirst > Student Center > Student Tools > Survey Portal. Alternatively, you can send an email request to Device Request at Brooklyn College to begin the process.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we have very limited quantities of devices to loan. We will reply to your request within 24 to 48 hours, e-mailing you an online device loan agreement that you will be required to electronically sign and submit to us. Once you do this, we will prepare the device for pickup on campus at our West End Building (WEB) computer lab. View a sample agreement (pdf).
The loan period is the duration of your enrollment at Brooklyn College. If you graduate or are no longer enrolled at Brooklyn College, your device must be returned to the college. Send us an e-mail if you have any questions regarding the program.
