CUNY licenses Microsoft 365 for Education for all CUNY students for your CUNY email accounts and access to productivity tools.

Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite of professional-grade business applications — including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, OneDrive, Copilot, and Teams. You can use these applications on the web and install them on up to five devices (computers, tablets, and smartphones).

You also have access to 1 TB of OneDrive storage.

How do I access Microsoft 365?

1. Open your web browser and go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft
2. Sign in using your CUNY Login credentials.
