What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is an easy-to-use cloud file hosting and synchronization service available to all CUNY employees. You can use Dropbox to store, backup, and share your files from different devices. Dropbox also makes it easy to collaborate on documents.
Files you store in your Dropbox look like regular files on your computer but are accessible from anywhere you have Internet access, including mobile devices. You can easily share files in Dropbox regardless of file size. (No more large email attachments!)
IMPORTANT: The use of Dropbox is subject to CUNY Security and Computer Use policies as well as the data privacy, security, and confidentiality guidelines established in the Acceptable Use of University Data in the Cloud Policy.
How do I access my CUNY Dropbox?
- Go to dropbox.cuny.edu
- When you see the CUNY Web Applications Login page, sign in using your CUNY Login.
