The Student Financial Services division at Brooklyn College provides a tiered student support services model that help students and their families understand how to finance their education. The departments listed below are part of the Student Financial Services Division at Brooklyn College.

Tier one serves for general Bursar, Financial Aid and scholarship inquiries.

Tier two provides advisement for complicated financial aid questions (like appeals). financial aid planning and financial aid advisement.

Tier three serves as a point of service for specific programs like state aid, loans, and federal work-study administration, billing, refunds, and certain scholarship inquires.
