The NSF-Brooklyn College Research Experiences for Undergraduates program is now accepting applications for the Spring 2027 term! This is an opportunity for undergraduate students to receive an intensive research experience (supervised by a BC faculty member) and participate in didactic seminars related to research methods, statistics, and research ethics. There is a stipend of $3,100 as well from the NSF and all students present first-authored posters at the BC Research Day in May.
We’re hoping to recruit talented undergraduates, from groups historically underrepresented in STEM fields, who have an interest in gaining research experience in psychology/neuroscience prior to graduate school. Applications are due in December 2026 (though the sooner the better!).
