Undergraduate Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors can apply for a PASS/FAIL grade for elective (non-major) courses. Freshmen are not eligible to use this service. Be sure to check the current academic calendar for pass/fail deadlines.

Please note that not every PASS/FAIL application is approved. The Registrar may reject your application for a variety of reasons. In any case, you will always get a notification email with the disposition of your request.
