HPIRO comprises two offices, the Immunization Compliance Office and the Health Programs Office. The Immunization Office receives your immunization documents when you register for your first set of courses at Brooklyn College. The Health Programs Office (HPO) provides opportunities for students to learn about health-related topics, participate in blood drives, health fairs, and cancer walks. The Office also connects students with access to public health insurance.

The law requires all college students to show proof they’ve been vaccinated for measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR). In addition, students need to confirm receipt of information about meningococcal meningitis.

You can find required forms online at Brooklyn College Immunization Forms.
