]]> Calculators at the Library https://students.brooklyn.edu/knowledge-base/calculators-at-the-library/ Tue, 26 Nov 2024 15:53:58 +0000 https://students.brooklyn.edu/?post_type=ht_kb&p=11511 The Library has a limited supply of TI-83+, TI-84+, and TI30x2s calculators available for checkout at the Circulation Desk on the 1st floor.

How to borrow one:

  1. Head to the Circulation Desk on the first floor.
  2. Ask a staff member for a calculator loan using your Brooklyn College ID.
  3. You can borrow the calculator for up to 7 days but please return it ASAP to allow others to borrow from our limited supply. 

Remember:

  • The calculators are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so come early if you need one.
  • You must be a current Brooklyn College student to borrow a calculator.
  • You can only borrow one calculator at a time.
  • Return the calculator to the Circulation Desk when you’re finished.

Scanners are located throughout the Library. There is no fee to use scanners, but printing incurs a fee.

]]> Printing at the Library https://students.brooklyn.edu/knowledge-base/printing-at-the-library/ Tue, 26 Nov 2024 15:33:25 +0000 https://students.brooklyn.edu/?post_type=ht_kb&p=11471 Several print stations are available at the Library. Students can send print jobs from a Library computer or from their own device while on the BC WIFI network to a print station.

Students are given some print funds each semester. There are also kiosks in the Library to add funds to your account if needed. Color printing is not included in your allotted funds, and is available on the 2nd floor of the Library.

Your login information is:

Username = your 8-digit CUNY EmpID 

Password format = FLMM/DD/YY

FL = your CUNYfirst official First and Last initials (upper case)

MM/DD/YY = your 6-digit birthdate with the slashes “/ “

Example: If your name is Jalil Doe and your birthday is June 1, 1998, your password would be JD06/01/98
