Allow up to three business days for the return to be completed once it is received at our facility. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the device has been processed by the Device Return program.

Important: After returning, send an e-mail to Device Return that includes your CUNYFirst EMPLID and the BRO or Barcode Number that is affixed to the device. This will facilitate the tracking and processing of your return.
